We will develop accurate, future proof plans for cabling systems and design building automation systems and networks to support your tenants and/or guests.

Once the plans are developed and budgets approved we manage the project working with the low voltage installers, electricians and other trades to ensure your property has the technology systems you need. During construction we bring our knowledge and trade partners together to deliver on time and budget.

At property opening we ensure your operations staff has a complete handoff package and managed services team to maintain the building systems.
